Los cincuenta álbumes que, a nuestro juicio, marcaron los hitos de una temporada que pronto despediremos.

Tras destacar veinte referencias que quedaron fuera del mismo pero merecían una mención especial (la eterna injusticia y subjetividad de estas clasificaciones anuales), publicamos el consabido top con los que consideramos los mejores discos del año. Una relación de 50 bandas, 50 álbumes y 50 clips, con sus respectivos enlaces a Spotify, Deezer o Bandcamp. Entre los descartes dolorosos de última hora, debuts sobresalientes (Daughter, Run the Jewels, Var, Torres), reválidas notables (Smith Westerns, Anna Calvi, Volcano Choir, Washed Out, Sing Fang, Young Galaxy, Pinkunoizu), veteranos con pedigrí (Primal Scream, Mazzy Star, David Bowie, Wire, Throwing Muses, Yo La Tengo), EPs de alto copete (FKA twigs, Burial) y algún guilty pleasure (Charli XCX, Sky Ferreira). También los infravalorados 'Free your mind', de Cut Copy, y 'Bankrupt!', de Phoenix.Por supuesto, hubo decepciones, caso de AlunaGeorge y unos singles que prometían mucho más ('Body Music' es el colmo de la irregularidad).
Por otro lado, aunque nunca hemos confeccionado una lista de álbumes nacionales, sí nos gustaría subrayar, a título informativo, los méritos de los últimos trabajos de Triángulo de Amor Bizarro ('Victoria mística'), Joe Crepúsculo ('Baile de magos'), Delorean ('Apar'), Bflecha ('Beta'), bRUNA ('Thence') y Don the Tiger ('Varadero'). También de Juventud Juché o Siesta.
Podéis escuchar nuestra lista-resumen de la temporada en Spotify. Es una auténtica lástima que Tri Angle, la discográfica de dos potentes lanzamientos ('Excavation', de The Haxan Cloak, y 'Engravings', de Forest Swords), no se digne a publicar su catálogo en la plataforma digital.
